Sales Consultant

Adecco is currently hiring for a Sales Consultant in downtown Toronto.

In order to be considered for this position the successful candidate needs to have at least three years of Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.

Our client provides regular market analysis and advice on the state of the Global economies to by both financial and industrial and commercial companies along with the prospects facing their own sectors. Our client which is located in several countries, prides themselves on a good work life balance and offers continual education and training workshops to their employees.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $45,000 - $50,000 and a generous uncapped commission structure, 2 weeks paid vacation and standard benefits.

Sales Consultant Job Description:

Strong stakeholder management skills by ascertaining client’s needs, addressing all client issues and the ability to identify and pursue suitable targets for free trials
In addition to hunting prospects, ability to identify and consult with prospects and existing clients, which services they would best be suited to.
Once prospects have agreed to trial, after a suitable interval, persuading consult with the trialist to take up a subscription, and assist in catering the subscription to best suit their business needs.
Responsible for Order Entry, Invoicing/Billing, Payment for Subscriptions and Aftercare and Account Management once Subscription has been purchased.
Expected to attend external events to promote our services. These might take place outside normal working hours.
 
Sales Consultant Mandatory Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of customer service based solutions selling within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Hold a College or University Degree or Diploma.
Exposure to working with various levels of customers both internal and external specifically in retention and training tasks.
Able to achieve goals through proactive selling both over the phone with a hunter mentality.
Strong analysis and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal.
Superior organization, prioritization, independent work and time management skills.
Exceptional computer skills including working with CRM Systems.
