MACHINE OPERATOR

Our client in Scarborough has immediate opportunities for Machine Operators in their machine shop. The client is willing to train candidates that satisfy the job requirements below. This great opportunity can lead to the potential of obtaining full time employment. Hourly wages for this position are $16.25/hr for day shift and $17.00/hr for night shift.
 
Job Requirements

- Possess a good mechanical aptitude to work in a Production Environment
- Like using small power tools
- Good verbal and written skills
- Willingness to learn
- Strong self-awareness and able to pay attention to detail
- Good interpersonal and Team skills
- Committed to their work
- Training will be provided to those committed to learning

Must be able to work on one of the following shifts:

- Days: Sunday - Tuesday 7:00am to 7:00pm and every other Wednesday
- Days: Thursday - Saturday 7:00am to 7:00pm and every other Wednesday
- Nights: Sunday - Tuesday 7:00pm to 7:00am and every other Wednesday
- Nights: Thursday - Saturday 7:00pm to 7:00am and every other Wednesday
 
Qualifications

- Ability to stand/walk for 12 hours
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs
- Experience working in a production type environment would be considered a strong asset
