Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Human Resources Generalist position in Calgary, AB. In order to qualify for the HR Generalist position you must have 2 years of HR Generalist experience or 5 years of HR Admin experience. Having advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite, SAP and Visio would be considered an asset. The pay rate for this position will be determined based on experience.
Human Resource Generalist Responsibilities:
Generate a variety of Human Resource letters
Enter information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Update organizational structures in SAP
Create position descriptions using the ATS system
Tracking and recording information during the recruitment process
Conduct exit interviews when required
Ad-hoc administrative duties, scheduling meetings and coordinating catering.
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications:
Five years of experience in a similar type role
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio)
Experience with SAP and SharePoint
Able to maintain confidentiality, with professionalism and discretion
Detail-oriented and process driven
Able to conduct difficult conversations when required
