Scheduler/Planner

Adecco is currently recruiting for a full time permanent Planner/Scheduler job in Edmonton, AB. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Planner/Scheduler will be responsible for overseeing all day to day production in this national, well established manufacturing and distribution facility located in Nisku. Planner/Scheduler Responsibilities:

Oversee the day to day production schedule of a large manufacturing facility
Working with inventory, purchasing, distribution sales and QA, you will analyze data as it pertains to workflow and seasons to determine what product, amounts and timelines are required to meet customer needs in a timely and efficient manner
Working with sales, ensure production of orders are meeting projections and forecasts
Meet team on a regular basis to discuss change and how to improve processes

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of direct related experience working as a Scheduler in a manufacturing setting that ideally produces multiple products
You will have exceptional multi-tasking skills and have the ability to embrace change on a daily basis
Excellent MSOffice skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
An analytical, big picture thinker who is extremely well organized and detail driven
A team player who possesses exceptional communication skills
Ability to work in a diverse environment
