SPECIALIZED BUSINESS CONSULTANT - AML

Adecco is currently hiring for SPECIALIZED BUSINESS CONSULTANT - AML. in Downtown Toronto, ON. This position is also responsible for managing the administration of courses, contributing to the updating and development of course materials, and establishing/developing partnering relationships with business area management. Some travel to Montreal will be required.

This role is a 6-month contract.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Manage and schedule all technical and professional development training for Canada
•Manage and oversee administrative resources for course scheduling, registration, reporting activities, and business unit inquiries
•Design and deliver learning modules for classroom, online, self-paced and web-based formats
•Modify programs and course content to meet on-going client requirements
•Review and test new program materials, exercises, and simulations
•Analyze program evaluations and make recommendations for improvements
•Design and/or deliver management level curriculum to Canada employees
•Respond to business unit inquiries related to training and development
•Manage training room facilities
•Act as a consultant and subject matter expert in developing learning solutions with clients
•Conduct needs analysis with business units
•Coordinate the delivery of requested external training programs
•Program manage the educational assistance policy for Canada
•Liaise and manage a community of practice with training groups and committees globally

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Minimum of 2 years direct work experience in accounting, custodial or other comparable investment servicing role and working with related systems
•5-7 years of experience in the financial services industry
•3-5 years of experience conducting needs assessments, curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation.
•Demonstrated experience in applying adult learning theory in a learning capacity
•Knowledge of investment servicing across multiple product lines (pensions, mutual funds, hedge funds etc.)
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Undergraduate degree in a related field.
•Bilingual (French/English) is an asset
