Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full time Disability Administrator in Kitchener, ON. To qualify for this Disability Administrator role, you must have excellent oral and written communication skills, knowledge of Long Term Disability case management processes and practices, and ability to interpret policy language and analyze data. The salary for this position is $18.50hour.
Disability Administrator Responsibilities:
• Assisting the team in handling incoming mail and redirecting it to Service Canada
• In charge of printing and mailing application skits and following up with Plan Members
• Work closely with case managers, Plan Members, Plan Sponsors, and colleagues with completion of CPP application
Disability Administrator Qualifications:
• Post-Secondary education
• Knowledge of LTD case management processes and practices
• Ability to interpret policy language and analyze data
• Able to make quick decisions and recommendation using sound business judgement
• Ability to investigate discrepancies and resolve issues
