Adecco is currently hiring for an Order Fulfillment Specialist, ON. To qualify for this Order Fulfillment Specialist role, you must have previous data entry experience, as well as customer service experience. The pay rate for the Order Fulfillment Specialist role will be $18.00 per hour, plus 4% vacation pay out. The shift will run Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
Order Fulfillment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service to ensure orders are processed & delivered on time
- Manage large volume of data/order entry
- Full order management - order entry, deliver, billings, etc.
- Facilitate problem resolution to increase customer satisfaction
- Other duties as assigned
Order Fulfillment Specialist Qualifications:
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Tech savvy, comfortable entering and retrieving data
- Ability to work rotating day shifts (different start/end times)
- Adaptable and quick learner
