Bookkeeper

Adecco Saskatoon is currently recruiting for Bookkeepers to work on various work contracts in Saskatoon, SK. The industries of our clients vary diversely and length of contract is dependent on the needs of our clients. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable with a willingness to work on a contract basis with the potential to be hired on permanently. To be considered for our Bookkeeper contracts, you must have a strong understanding of accounting functions. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office setting and have strong experience completing various financial, administrative, and accounting tasks.

Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Data entry including payroll, AP, AR and other various accounting tasks
- Responsible for posting accounting information relating to invoices
- inputting and verifying documents, accounts, and approvals
- Filing, scanning, emailing, faxing, etc.
- Supporting duties to the Administrative, Financial, and Accounting Departments may be assigned depending on client needs

Bookkeeper Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- QuickBooks, Simply Account/Sage, SAP and other software experience considered an asset
- 3 years of administrative and accounting experience; will take education into consideration
- Must be a team player willing to complete a variety of tasks
- Ability to learn quickly, make decisions, and strong organization are a MUST
