Some direct experience in a front desk reception role
Able to work sporadic days and times during corporate, business hours (sometime full weeks at a time as well)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral along with the confidence and ability to interact with all levels of clients
Ability to control multiple priorities and not get flustered, maintaining a professional vocal and front line appearance
Strong MS Office skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint an asset)
