Reception, Vancouver, BC

Our client is need of your Reception and Admin skills for there growing office based in Vancouver. They are in the property management industry and the ideal candidate is customer service focused with high admin skills who is able to problem solve independently.

Reception Responsibilities
Handle various administrative duties including mail/courier, faxing, filing & printing
Conduct daily correspondence via phone, email and in person
Maintain and prepare reports and schedule meetings
Provide administrative support to the executives
Prepare reports to head office
Keep the office kitchen organized
Order and maintain office supplies
Assist the accounting team with invoices and basic bookkeeping
Ad hoc projects as required

Reception Qualifications:
Minimum of five years of administrative or receptionist experience
Exceptional presentation and telephone manner
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in MS office
Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of financial terms and accounting principles
Accounting experience is an asset
