Adecco is currently hiring for temporary Payment Technicians in Red Deer, AB. To qualify for the Payment Technician position(s) you must have banking, accounts payable/receivable experience. The pay for these positions will be determined based on experience.
Payment Technician Responsibilities:
Process all Auto and Manual Pre-Authorized payments and apply to customer's accounts
Manage and store all records on the computer to aid in bank reconciliation process
Ensure all payments are allocated at time of payment to meet Service Level Agreements
Identify, investigate and rectify errors following the organization's guidelines and policies
Payment Technician Qualifications:
Two to five years of banking, accounts payable/receivable experience is considered an asset
Accuracy, analytical and investigative skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite is required
Able to work on an independent basis as well as within a team by sharing information and findings
