Adecco is currently hiring for a Part-Time Customer Service Expert in London, ON. To qualify for this Customer Service Expert role, you must have great problem-solving skills, and a drive to provide excellent customer service. Our client is passionate about providing flexible ways to earn money and improve access to transportation. This role is starting at $18/hour on a 6-month contract with high potential for extension. Shifts are Wednesdays & Thursdays, 12pm-6pm.

Customer Service Expert Responsibilities:
• Deliver 5-start in-person support to drivers
• Assist drivers with onboarding process
• Help with any troubleshooting issues (i.e. delayed payments)
• Stay on top of new policies, procedures, and programs in order to be a point of contact for this information
• Assist with events/promotions as needed (occasionally off-site and during off-hours or weekends)
Customer Service Expert Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-4 years’ retail, sales, client-facing, or customer service experience
• Ability to adapt to new technology
• Great communication skills with ability to interact and connect with others
• Willingness and enthusiastic about selling products to potential partners
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
