Multimedia Developer

Adecco is recruiting for a Multimedia Developer for a 4-month contract opportunity with a private client based in Montreal, Qc. The Multimedia Developer understands requirements, creates scope, designs, develops and delivers courseware products meeting quality, cost and schedule parameters. Knowledge of Graphic Designing, User Interface Designing, Illustration, Visual Designing, Application development, etc. are required for this resource.

The Multimedia Developer will have the following responsibilities but not limited to:

- Strong creative thinking skills with the ability to apply creative ideas to every deliverable
- Develop graphics, schematics for Maintenance and Pilot Training Courseware for Organization’s Training Solutions department
- Build graphical standards, guidelines according to visual design guidelines
- Have an eye for detail with strong Graphics review skills - to review graphics developed by vendors and/or other designers
- Help to develop and review e-Learning and Classroom Training materials while adhering to eLearning standard / proven process
- Identify, evaluate and manipulate source material in preparation for publication development
- Understand specific tools like Simfinity and use them effectively for graphical design
- Work effectively with customers and other project stakeholders

The Multimedia Developer must meet the following requirements:

- Graduates and above with knowledge and experience in illustration, animation,
- Aviation domain knowledge will be add-on
- Adept with Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
