Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client based in Burlington, ON. Our client, a leading commercial printing service provider, is seeking a customer service-oriented professional experienced in the printing industry to perform the responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Providing a high standard of customer service by professionally fielding incoming phone calls and effectively managing print orders throughout the entire production process.
- Liaising with the operations staff to ensure successful and timely delivery of print orders for customers.
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
- 3+ years of related experience working in the print industry.
- Education in Graphic Communications Management considered an asset.
- Excellent familiarity with printing production processes.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Demonstrated skill in customer service and communication, both written and verbal.
- Computer literacy: working knowledge of customer relationship management software applications.
