AREA MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER / RESTAURANT CHAIN

Our growing client who is a well established Restaurant Chain is looking for an Area Manager to join their team and manage service and operations for 4 locations between Hamilton and Mississauga. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years proven experience and will be responsible for all operations, administration, operating procedures, financial performance and service. First and foremost you will be responsible for ensuring the customer experience always meets or exceeds expectations. You will coach and develop managers on an ongoing basis and assist with hiring. You will work with Managers to perform and follow up on audits, and work with the GM to ensure they achieve targeted results. On the financial side you will be responsible to ensure that each restaurant meets sales growth and labor cost budgets. You will help ensure inventory is completed and actively work on sales.
This position requires a driven and customer service oriented individual who strives to make a difference in the organization that they are a part of. They must be service oriented and enjoy coaching and mentoring their staff. Experience in the restaurant chain industry is a must! Must be available to work weekends as well. Above all you must know how to have FUN!
