Adecco is currently hiring Field Account Representatives in Peterborough, ON to work at one of the most innovative companies in Canada - Eastlink! As a Field Account Representative for Eastlink, you will have the opportunity to implement strategic sales plans as you travel daily within a designated region to meet with both existing and potential customers. To qualify for this Field Account Representative role, you must have excellent oral communication skills in the English language, have strong negotiation skills, and be detail orientated. Field Account Representative responsibilities will include:
- Daily travel within your designated region to approach new customers via a substantial lead list and referrals
- Provide exceptional customer service within the community by educating customers through service explanation, recommending service alternatives, and basic troubleshooting
- Increasing sales by recommending bundles and packages
- Update tracking reports daily to reflect prospect clients, leads, and sales metrics
- Review tracking reports to gauge success and to address issues with team lead to ensure that sales targets are met
- Participate in company training and marketing functions to polish sales skills and generate business

Field Account Representative qualifications will include:
- Previous sales and customer service experience is required
- Must be comfortable approaching prospect customers, explaining products, performing direct selling, and prioritizing sales prospects
- Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Must be a self-starter with excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle as use of your own vehicle is a requirement (proof of insurance will be required)
- Must be able to provide a clear driver's abstract if selected
- Candidates must have full availability Monday to Friday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- A clean criminal background is required
