Customer service agent

Adecco is currently hiring customer service agents for one of our clients in the financial field!

The customer service agent will assist the client by taking inbound calls and providing solutions.

You must be perfectly bilingual

Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and probe to determine the needs of the clients;
- Make sure that all client's account are updated in the systems;
- Navigate on the different systems and applications;
- Escalates issue when needed.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 6 month of experience in customer service.
