Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Ottawa. To qualify for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you must be fluently bilingual, customer oriented, and have at least 6 months of customer service. Our client is and insurance company located in the east end of Ottawa. This role would be an 11-week contract on shift work hours between 7am to 9pm Monday-Friday, and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
-Support clients on claim adjudication, policy/benefit questions, member eligibilities, and monthly invoice questions by finding information on internal systems.
-Provide excellent customer service while responding to inbound inquiries.
-Document call information according to standard operating procedures.
-Remain current on program information, products, processes, and business initiatives.
-Use company supplied 'scripts' when available.
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
-Fluently bilingual in English and French (spoke and written)
-At least 6 months previous Customer Service/Call Centre experience.
-Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
-Previous medical/dental experience or knowledge considered an asset.
