Billing Clerk, Richmond, BC

Are you an experienced Billing Clerk looking for a new challenge?

Our client is looking for an experienced Billing Clerk to join their fast-paced team in Richmond, BC. This role is a permanent position and the role includes being highly organized, accurate and efficient with the amount of accounts and dealing with multiple cost centers.

Billing Clerk Requirements:
-Set up of all billing clients, Vendor based Billing Service Providers: (collecting and exchanging information; contact information, 3rd party e-billing service providers, client requirements etc.).
-Integrate the collected information from set up in the system and billing service provider.
-Create, set up and send invoice
-Troubleshoot and address E-billing issues.
-Matching PO's and Posting accounts.
-Monthly/quarterly e-billing reports ensuring accuracy
-Ensuring timelines are met for each cut off,
-Communicating and interacting with multiple locations across Canada

Billing Clerk Qualifications:
Friendly and professional
3 years previous related work experience
Previous customer service experience
Responds promptly and effectively to any customer inquiries; problem solving
Proficient (Intermediate user) with Microsoft Excel and Word
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and oral English skills
