Account Manager

Adecco is currently recruiting for Account Managers for an outbound call center in London, ON. If you are a polished sales professional with excellent closing skills and the ability to build rapport with your customers, this Account Manager role is for you! The Account Manager position is permanent and full-time, starting at $17.50/hour plus commission.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Be the primary contact for an assigned product line (specialty collector's items)
• Generate and secure new business through outbound cold calling and relationship building
• Grow the customer base through rapport-building, account management, prospecting, developing leads and sales expertise
• Outbound sales with some inbound sales

Account Manager Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales or Account Management
• Proven sales experience, preferably in an outbound environment
• Experience with CRM required (e.g. Salesforce)
• Industry knowledge and experience is an asset
• Must have reliable transportation

Account Manager Skills:

• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Ability to advance sales; leadership, negotiation, and rapport building
• Drive and passion for sales
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
