Inbound Customer Care Representative

Adecco Employment Services is looking for Inbound Customer Care Representatives in Trenton, Ontario. To qualify for the Customer Care Representative role, you must have prior customer service experience. Our client is looking for candidates with a helpful, friendly and professional telephone manner. Successful candidates will possess a positive attitude and show a strong work ethic. This position requires people who can work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00

Inbound Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
- manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- identify customer's needs and resolve customer issues
- forwarding customers to relevant parties when applicable
- effective and accurate decision making skills
- participate in onsite product training and course upgrades to remain up to date on products, plans, and policies
- ability to build customer relationships over the telephone
- update customer records and maintaining internal database

Inbound Customer Care Representative Qualifications:
- prior customer service experience is required, preference given to t hose with experience working in a call center environment
- strong understanding of internet technology, computer systems, internet technology, including Email, Internet, Windows navigation, and file management
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- good attentive and active listening skills
- ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities and temperaments to build customer relationships over the phone
- working knowledge of cell phones
- clean criminal background
- Working knowledge of cell phones
- Must be able to pass a criminal record check if selected
