Adecco is currently hiring for a Receptionist in Burlington for a Law office. To qualify for this Receptionist role, you must have at least 2 years of previous reception and/or front desk experience. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and clients, directing calls to appropriate departments, etc. The Receptionist position is full-time opportunity and will pay $16.00 per hour, and will run from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests in a professional/friendly manner
- Answering/directing incoming calls
- Coordinating and distributing incoming/outgoing mail
- Booking meetings, scheduling appointments
- Assisting office staff with filling out paper work for clients.
- Other administrative duties as assigned
Receptionist Qualifications:
- 2 years+ experience receptionist work experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in a law office is an asset
- PC Skills and knowledge of Microsoft office programs
- College level admin/business program preferred
