Warehouse Team Lead

Adecco is currently hiring for permanent Warehouse Team Lead positions in Calgary, AB. To qualify for these Warehouse Team Lead roles, you must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience and be able to work in a fast-pace environment. The salary for these positions is between 50-52k per year.

Warehouse Team Lead Responsibilities:

Support and empower Team Members to make decisions by creating a highly engaged and high performing team
Participate in the process of recruiting and developing a high performing team
Provide consistent and on-going feedback to your team
Participate in annual performance reviews with the Team Manager
Act as a decision maker for all areas of the operation
Escalate all critical failures and/or potential customer issues to the Team Manager
Set and maintain goals for your areas of responsibility
Drive productivity and staffing within your area to meet the budget and improve upon it

Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:

Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position
Over four years of warehouse experience, preferably in a distribution or 3PL
Completed High School Diploma
Forklift and MHE certifications are an asset
Ability to identify best practices and process improvements
