Bilingual End of Term Lease Specialist

Adecco is currently hiring for multiple Bilingual End of Term Lease Specialist Job in downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for this opportunity, you must be fully fluent in French and English and be comfortable conducting outbound calls. Our client manages all customer service, accounting and end of term operations for an extensive range of internationally renowned car makers. This position is a 8 month contract with the possibility of extension and pays $20 per hour.

The Bilingual End of Term Lease Specialist Job Responsibilities Include:
• Responsible for managing the on-hold report
• Liaise with dealers and lessees to gather necessary documentation or information to enable account termination
• Responsible for timely follow-ups and for manufacturer guidelines’ compliance on vehicle returns
• A good understanding of lease-end options and a good knowledge of contractual obligations and end-of-term procedures
• Successfully monitors and actions the grounding report
• Proactively engages and coordinates efforts with dealers to ensure grounded vehicles are terminated within set guidelines
• Liaise with Remarketing Coordinators / Remarketing Specialists to maximize customer and dealer experience as well as mitigate disputes in the areas of vehicle returns, disposition, inspections, and wear and tear invoicing
• Advises direct supervisor on trends or concerns
• Ensures that accounts are ready to be invoiced accurately
• Monitors vehicle returns and ensures that accounts are released to Remarketing Department in a timely manner so the Accounting Department can process invoicing as required
• Ensures that all accounts are followed-up and moved in a timely and orderly fashion
• Prepares written correspondence, responds to emails, releasing accounts for pricing and invoicing

The Bilingual End of Term Lease Specialist Job Qualifications Include:
• Fully fluent in French and English, including: communication skills, written and verbal
• Knowledge of all OEMs procedures and guidelines
• Excellent attention to details
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to handle negative and confrontational situations in a professional manner
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and act with integrity
• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task
