MARKETING ASSISTANT

ADECCO has a Mississauga client with an amazing job opportunity. This position is responsible for all Truck Sales planning, co-ordination and execution of marketing events and activities which supports the achievement of sales goals and objectives, as directed by the Marketing Manager. Administrative duties, budget tracking, report gathering and support to VTC dealer network are other key responsibility to this position.
 
Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

-Co-coordinator and help execute special events, functions and trade shows

-Support and execute Marketing Campaigns as directed by the Marketing Manager

-Coordinate translation and printing of Marketing Material into French to support our Quebec dealers

-Liaise with advertising agency for Truck sales advertising programs

-Responsible for Truck sales direct mail campaigns

-Co-ordinate and order merchandise for stock

-Develop an understanding of our marketplace through direct observation of the sales process and direct contact with select customers

-Tracking budget spending to assure that the marketing programs and events stay within budget

-Provide Administrative support to the Regional VP and Corporate sales team

-Support the DSMs and FSMs with Dealer market reports to help them achieve their dealer goals

-Organize and prepare presentation materials used by management
 
Marketing Assistant Experience:

-Marketing management degree or equivalent in education + experience

-Minimum 3-4 years related experience

-Related industry experience an asset
