Final Assembly Operator - Day & Night Shift - Ottawa, ON

Adecco is currently hiring Assembly Operators to work in the Assembly at our Ottawa, ON based client’s medical manufacturing facility. The shift is a 4x4 rotation so you would need to be available 7 days per week. The shifts run from 6:30am through until 6:30pm. The hourly rate of pay is $15.93. Requirements for Assembly Operator:

-High School Diploma is required
-Previous experience in a manufacturing environment a definite asset, but not necessary
-Excellent attention to detail
-Ability to thrive in a paced environment
-Exceptional eyesight to complete visual inspections
-Able to work in a fast paced, repetitive environment
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Good team player
-Successful completion of a criminal background check

Responsibilities for Assembly Operator:

-Coordinate with Assembly teams to maximize quality, efficiency and throughput.
-Boxing product as it moves off of the automated assembly line
-Deliver accurate, timely, and legible record keeping in compliance with documentation procedures
-Demonstrate compliant gowning and clean room techniques and maintain a tidy, organized and clean workspace
-Understand and comply with applicable EH&S policies, procedures and guidelines and applicable manufacturing procedures
-Other miscellaneous duties as required
