Adecco is looking for full time dynamic full time Wireless Retail Managers in the region of Vaughan North for one of its client who is currently one of the top retail service companies in Canada. Our client has over 350 partnerships with a well known retailer and services top telecommunication companies such as Bell, Fido, Koodo, Virgin Mobile and Chatr!

We are looking for full time Wireless Retail Managers who have excellent leadership, communication and coaching skills. By working for our client, you will have the opportunity to train and supervise new employees. As a Wireless Retail Manager, your tasks and responsibilities are:


Find, train and coach new employees
Analyze sales performance and address areas of improvement
Motivate employees to achieve their sales targets
Manage wireless kiosks and solve guest problems
Process new activations, upgrades, prepaid plans and close sales on wireless devices and accessories
Write contracts and providing clear explanations to the customer
Collaborate and provide feedback to district managers about sales performance



Job requirements to become a Wireless Retail Manager:


One year or more experience as a supervisor or manager
Minimum two years of sales and customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to train, coach and motivate a team to exceed sales goals
Problem solving and leadership skills
Able to multi-tasks
Experience in telecommunication retailing industry (Asset)
Willingness to work on the weekends, evenings and holidays
