Adecco are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant for a well-known Canadian Multinational bank and financial services corporation. This role is to support the Investment Advisor (IA) in servicing clients through the development of marketing programs to attract new clients. They will assist the IA in market research, the production of client reports, general administrative tasks, preparation of client seminars, establishing contact with potential clients and following up with these clients to arrange meetings with the Investment Advisor. You must be a driven, organized individual with great communication skills. This is a role which will demand great time management, multitasking ability, and a good overall attitude.
Main responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant:
-Client contact management
-Produce reports, compose a variety of correspondence and assemble documentation in advance of sales presentations
-Maintain accurate marketing materials and assist with marketing mail out activities and events
-Process client applications and transfers in a timely manner
-Ensure all client inquiries and needs are handled promptly and accurately
-Maintain complete client files and ensure documentation in good order
-Provide market quotes and conduct trades
-Verify and correct any errors or omissions in daily transaction summaries
-Participate fully as a member of the team and contribute to a positive work environment; share expertise of position relevant information and any changes discovered
-Maintain current knowledge of, and comply with, all compliance regulations, securities laws, risk & confidentiality requirements and the TD Codes of Conduct & Ethics
