Adecco is looking for a Mail Clerk II that includes environmental and customer satisfaction initiatives for our Client located in Richmond, BC. Pay Rate of: $16.41/ Hour

What we're looking for is a customer focused mindset and an aptitude to make change in a consistently evolving branded company!

Mail Clerk II Responsibilities:
-Sorting checks, keeping payroll records, take inventory, and distributing mail
-Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, and address complaints
-Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages
-Compile, copy, sort and proofread data and other information such as records or reports
-Maintain and update filling, inventory, mailing, and database systems etc.

Mail Clerk II Qualifications and skills:
-High School Diploma
-Organized and attention to detail
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Multi-tasking, outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
-Ability to keep information organized and confidential
-Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-2-4 years administrative/customer service related experience required
-Should be able to work well independently or in a group
-Should be a positive team player who takes pride in their work.
