Functional Test Operator

Adecco is currently looking for a Functional Test Operator to work at our client, Celestica in Newmarket, ON. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum one year experience in testing PCBs or educational background in Electronics Engineering. Additionally you must be able to: set up, operate, and maintain test equipment such as ICT Machine (HP3070, Genrad, etc.) or Functional Test Machine (e.g. Quest Chamber, etc.) and record results. The starting salary for this position is $14.00/hr plus 4% vacation pay and can increase upto $16.00/hr up on completion of training and certification.

The Functional Test Operator Job Requirements

*Able to: set up, operate, and maintain test equipment such as ICT Machine (HP3070, Genrad, etc.) or Functional Test Machine (e.g. Quest Chamber, etc.) and record results.
*Perform go-no-go electrical tests
*Able to understands circuit theory, can read schematics and troubleshoot assemblies to the component level
*Must be available for long term work; one year or longer

Must be able to work one of the following shifts:
*Morning Shift: Monday-Friday 7AM-3PM
*Evening Shift : Monday-Friday 3PM-11PM
 
Qualifications

*Minimum one year experience in testing PCBs or educational background in Electronics Engineering
*Basic computer skills
*Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift up to 35lbs.
*Clear criminal background
