This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a new retail offering which has a strong social responsibility mandate. The OCRC offers a competitive compensation package which includes benefits and pension.
We’d love to hear from people with:
1-3 years of experience at a supervisor/manager level in a customer service/retail environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team members.
Deep understanding of the commitment to social responsibility and customer service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High School diploma. Post-secondary education is an asset.
Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
