Adecco is currently looking to hire a Full-Time Key-holder (team lead) for Nespresso in Chinook Mall Calgary, AB. To qualify for this key-holder role, Nespresso is looking for strong retail sales experience, 2 years in a leadership, coaching, or key holder role. This position pays $17/hr. Passion and love of coffee is a must.

Nespresso Team Lead / Keyholder Job Responsibilities

Training and development of new employees
Opening and closing of boutique
Sales of coffee capsules and machines
Role play retail scripts with employees
Extensive customer service
Employee recognition
Assist with stock and ordering

Nespresso Team Lead / Keyholder Job Qualifications

High school diploma
3 years of retail sales experience
2 years in a Key Holder or Assistant Manager role
Experience with employee coaching and development
Ability to deal with customer complaints
Must pass criminal background check
