Adecco is currently hiring for a Senior Communications Consultant Analyst for our client a Professional Services firm. The Senior Communications consultant will to assist consultants with their lines of business. The Senior Communications Consultant will be responsible for creating effective, accurate and timely communications materials, and strategies and work plans for clients. This is a 9-month contract with a pay rate of $35.00 per hour. This role is in a Downtown Toronto.
Senior Communications Consultant Responsibilities:
• Analyze client-provided data for completeness, reason-ability and consistency
• Update documentation (business rules, configuration, etc.) related to the processing and production of data-driven
• Produce employee communication materials
• Conduct quality assurance testing of data-driven solutions to ensure 100% accuracy, based on established testing
protocol
• Assist consultants with coordinating the production of personalized materials by clearly communicating individual and team workload availability; providing feedback on accurate timelines and updates as projects progress; communicating with vendors on production coordination
• Effectively prioritize and manage individual assigned tasks independently, delivering work on time and within budget
• Work closely with Communication team members to deliver high-quality services to clients
Senior Communications Consultant Qualifications:
•Strong command of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
•Basic HTML and SQL knowledge
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
