Door Shop Associate

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Door Shop Associate for a permanent position (full-time opportunity) with our Private Client in Ottawa, ON.

The Door Shop Associate will have the following responsibilities:
- Ensure product is accurately picked (both item and quantity) based on customer order
- Ensure product home is accurately marked and the proper material is safely positioned for picking
- Ensure product is properly produced based on customers specified work order
- Ensure product is free from damage and packaged correctly for shipment
- Ensure product is properly adjusted in the system to maintain inventory integrity
- Ensure product is replenished properly and safely when necessary
- Investigate inventory variances by notifying your supervisor who will work with the Purchasing/Procurement team to adjust and resolve

The Door Shop Associate must have the following mandatory criteria:
- Bilingualism (French & English)
- Ability to perform physical work
- 1 or more years warehouse experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Forklift operating experience and other warehouse equipment experience preferred
- Solid work ethic, and a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
