Client Relations Administrator

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full time Client Relations Administrator in Kitchener, ON. To qualify for this Client Relations Administrator role, you must have Post-Secondary education, excellent computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems, and strong math skills. Our client is a leading Canada-based financial services company and is known for providing their customers with reliable, trustworthy and forward-thinking solutions for their most significant financial decisions. The salary for this position is $19.50/hour.

Client Relations Administrator Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to our clients; both plan administrators and plan members of plans
• Handing transactional processing inquiries via telephone and in writing (predominantly email)
• Work closely with the plan administrators and plan members of group retirement plans by ensuring we are meeting our client’s expectations
• Resolving issues quickly, being proactive with what a client may want or need
• High level of phone confidence and professionalism in interaction with internal and external customers

Client Relations Administrator Qualifications:

• Post-Secondary Education
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems
• Strong math skills used to provide values as well as calculate interest on certain transactions
• Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing at a level appropriate to the listener
• Attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and errors
