Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Operations & Maintenance Generalist II. To qualify for this Operations & Maintenance Generalist II role you will have to have one to two years of general maintenance experience required or one to two years experience as an Operations and Maintenance Generalist I.
Operations & Maintenance Generalist II Responsibilities:
Assist in performing non-technical tasks such as painting, mowing, basic grounds keeping and building monitoring
Assists other workers with: running errands i.e retrieving supplies/materials for tasks, holding objects, cleaning up after completion of tasks
Observes assigned area(s)for damage and reports to supervisor items needing attention
May perform routine security tours of the buildings and grounds, examining doors, windows and gates, to ensure they are properly secured
Performs any other miscellaneous duties as requested
Operations & Maintenance Generalist II Qualifications:
Completed High School or equivalent preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
One to two years of general maintenance experience required
Under specific direction, performs non-technical tasks to maintain structures, equipment and grounds
