Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON include, but are not limited to;

Coordinating and setting up meetings utilizing MS Outlook
Creating presentation and various reports in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SAP
Coordinating any special travel requests which could include transportation, accommodations, restaurant bookings etc
Responding to inquires and performing research if required
Various administrative and clerical tasks to help the department moving smoothly and efficiently
Special projects as assigned
 
Some key factors are required to be considered for this Administrative Assistant job opening in Toronto, ON include but are also not limited to;

2+ years in a busy and team based Administrative Assistant or related role
Completed post-secondary education considered a strong asset
Strong technical skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SAP an asset
Exceptional communication skills, written, spoken and reading combined with strong interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize at once
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A driven, outgoing and hard working individual who can take on any task, whether small or large with little direction and who is a strong communicator with his/her Manager and team to provide updates and such.
