SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Senior Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant, in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this role, you must have Requires 1-3 years of experience in an administrative/professional support function in a fast-paced environment This role is a 4-month contract and has a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.
 
Responsibilities:

•Manage meeting coordination and scheduling
•Arrange domestic and international travel and logistics
•Assist with expense processing and receipt collection, and complete data entry requests as needed
•Greeting guests and assisting internal employees at the Reception Desks on client-facing floors
•Participate in Administrative professional development sessions, town halls, committees and networking events
•Assis with the expense governance process by scanning, tracking receipts, and offering backup assistance to Administrative staff
 
Qualifications:

•Undergraduate degree or post-secondary education preferred
•3 years experience in an administrative / professional support function is required
•Experience in dealing with moderately complex issues and managing conflicting priorities, or relevant customer services experience
•Detail oriented and ability to manage time and multi-task to accomplish a multitude of tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•Ability to deal with confidential materials in an appropriate manner.
