Job Description

Provide supervisory leadership and coaching to a team of AML Senior Investigators/Investigators, Adjudicators and/or Intake Analysts.

Responsible for ensuring that all completed AML reviews meet the Quality Control guidelines of the FIU operational procedures. The incumbent is accountable for the training and coaching of Senior Investigators, Investigators, Adjudicators and/or Intake Analysts, and will continuously assess and improve the work processes and procedures to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

Accountable to understand the changing regulatory environment and industry best practices to inform changes to processes and procedures that will support the FIU to meet requirements and will provide information on trends and changing conditions to the management team.

Identify priorities and act as the point of escalation, providing subject matter expertise as needed. The Senior Manager will contribute to various on-going projects by participating in meetings, providing feedback and making recommendations for procedural and process changes.

Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5-7 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
5+ years Leadership role mandatory! - Compliance/AML experience, preferably with Financial Institution
