Project Manager

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a 7-month contract with possibility of extension with our Federal Government Client in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance.

The Project Manager will have the following responsibilities:

- Review current project management processes, gating model, systems and tools with the
goal to:
- Make recommendations for improvement
- Assist with the development of a corporate project management framework that
aligns the client project management practices to Treasury Board Secretariat (TBS)
current and upcoming requirements as well as industry best practices.

- Provide guidance and recommendations to the client Project Management Office for the
development and implementation of a sustainable Enterprise project management support
 
The Project Manager must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Hold a PMP Certification.
- Possess at least 10 years' experience related to Project Management.
- Have experience with government and project related to the development of a project management framework for a Government of Canada Department or Agency.
- Have experience in providing advices and guidance for the implementation of an
- Enterprise Project Management Office for a Canadian government organization.
- Have a knowledge and understanding through relevant experience of EACH of
the following project management areas in a Canadian Government environment:
- Project Management Office
- Time Management
- Cost Management
- Risk Management
- Scope Management
- Project Portfolio Management
- Investment Management

- Good skills in English.
- Hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance.
