Account Manager

Adecco is currently hiring for an experienced Account Manager in Mississauga. To qualify for this Account Manager role, you must have 1-2 years of experience managing customer accounts as well as generating new clients.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

Meet and exceed your sales objectives
Effectively manage a large volume of outgoing and incoming calls
Establish and develop business relationships to ensure client retention and develop organic sales opportunities
Generate and qualify new business
Sell the company's services to prospects and promote their benefits and values
Follow up with prospects, former clients and new customers to grow their business
Conduct telephone presentations on the benefits of using the company’s products and services
Follow market trends and product development from competitors
Submit weekly sales reports on all conducted and planned sales

Account Manager Qualifications:

A minimum of 1-2 years experience in B2B or B2C sales with specific sales objectives met or exceeded
Ability to prospect and to generate new business
Strong ability to build rapport and relationships with people in all levels of an organization
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Discovering client needs and objectives and overcoming sales objections
Excellent interpersonal skills
Experience using a CRM (i.e. Safesforce or Bullhorn) is considered an asset
