Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for a Bilingual Customer Representative. The client is a reputable Financial Services company located in Downtown Toronto, ON. To qualify for this for the Bilingual Customer Representative role, you must be bilingual in French and English, have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills. This role has a pay rate of $18.50 and is a one year contract.

Bilingual Customer Representative Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services.
• Dealing with internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Bilingual Customer Representative Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in French and English.
• Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong Attention to Detail.
• University degree is preferred.
• Previous experience in an insurance environment is preferred.
• Must be able to do shift work. Hours of work could be from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
• Strong PC skills are required.
• Ability to multitask while handing customer inquiries is required. i.e. take information from customers while on the phone and input data accurately into the system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
