Field Service Technician

Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Field Service Technician in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for performing duties within various healthcare facilities throughout a specified region. The successful candidate will be required to have excellent communication, a valid driver's license, experience managing multiple customer demands, and mechanical technical skills. To be considered for this role, candidates are required to have a minimum of 3 years of experience with customer service, sales, and mechanical installation.

Field Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Preventative maintenance and repair services and scheduling with healthcare facilities
- Installing and repairing medical beds, lifts, hygiene systems, and other equipment
- Provide outstanding communication to customers and company employees
- Promote cross-sales of company products to customers
- React and schedule accordingly to meet performance expectations
- Complete various administrative tasks relating to scheduling and reports
- Provide outstanding front-facing customer service
- Ensure that established techniques and procedures are followed accordingly
- Maintain competence via reading, studying, and being aware of company correspondence
- Supervise equipment installation and perform assembly services
- Comply with OH&S codes and procedures as mandated
- Maintain expenses and required inventory within company set guidelines
- Respect and maintain company vehicle

Field Service Technician Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience performing as a Technician
- 3 years of experience managing customer needs in a front-facing role
- 3 years of sales experience promoting company products
- Experience providing excellent communication to customers and coworkers
- Computer literacy with the ability to complete scheduling and reporting
- Valid driver's license
