Adecco is currently hiring Kitchen Hands to join the team in a contract opportunity from August 2, 2017 - August 27, 2017 for their Volta show.

Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of food items in broilers, ovens, grills, and fryers
- Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes
- Prepare hot and cold beverage i.e. coffee, juices, espresso, cappuccino, soft drinks
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure safe, sanitary food-handling
- Assist with dining room & kitchen supplies inventory control
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and individual work area
- Be responsible for the cleanliness of the dining room, terrace, coffee area
- Wash all dishes/pans/utensils with industrial dishwasher, dry and put away
- Remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas, sweep/mop floors
- Monitor meal vouchers of non-Cirque touring employees eating in the kitchen
- Participate in the tear down and set up of the kitchen, dining room, and storage
- Assist in other areas as needed and assigned by other CDS Kitchen Manager and Head-Chef.

Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Food & Beverage/Kitchen/Hospitality industry
- Strong understanding and compliance with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules
- Experience using grills, broilers, fryers, convection oven, flat top range, saute burners
- Must be honest, punctual, reliable, and have a well-groomed appearance
- Must be able to work in a physically challenging, hot environment
- Must have full availability for the whole city duration August 2, 2017 - August 27, 2017

Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper Availability:
To be considered for this role you must be able to work from August 2, 2017 - August 27, 2017 and be able to work Tuesdays - Sundays between 8:30 am - 11:30 pm
