Workshop Associate job in Winnipeg, MB

Adecco is currently hiring for up to 25 temporary Workshop Associates in Winnipeg, MB. To qualify for this Workshop Associate role, you must have strong knowledge of standard office PC applications and excellent verbal and written communication in English.
 
Workshop Associate Responsibilities:

- Assist putative class members with interpretation and completion of claim forms and provide answers to questions regarding the settlement.
- The Workshop Associate will be required to read/understand the terms of the settlement agreement.
- The Workshop Associate will review the accuracy and completeness of documents provided by claimants
- Review documents provided by claimants to ensure appropriate to support claim progression
- The Workshop Associate will work closely with the Team Leaders in order to address eligibility concerns and / or to progress claims as appropriate. Most workshop sessions will be held within the City of Winnipeg.
- Must be available for overnight travel to Gypsumville for 2 nights. Accommodation and transportation will be provided.

Workshop Associate Qualifications:

- High school degree required
- Secondary level education preferred. Law background is an asset.
- Strong knowledge of standard office PC applications (word, excel, outlook, access)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and (other language if need be) is essential and a strong sense of confidentiality (optional).
- Excellent relationship building and, interpersonal skills
- Strong business professionalism and ethics
- Available to work from April 23rd to 27th between 7:00 AM CST and 11:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, typical shift will be 8 hours.
