Adecco Mississauga is currently seeking a Field Recruiter for one of the largest provider of student transportation in North America.
Job Purpose:
Provides field recruiting services for high volume recruits
Field Recruiter Responsibilities:
-Be a contributing team member that works closely with hiring managers to provide effective and innovative recruiting and sourcing solutions
-Strong focus on a multitude of pipeline strategies including referral programs co-partnerships, job fairs, school partner ships, diversity groups, unemployment office visits government programs, grass roots campaigns (radio, TV, Signage)
-Refers Candidates to hiring managers for interviews and follows up with hiring managers regarding Applicant status. Conducts phone screens as required.
-Researches, identifies establishes business relationships with recruitment sources and local communities.
-Professionally represent the Company at job fairs, open houses, conferences and meetings.
-Become a subject Matter Expert for Field Recruiting at assigned locations, and maintain communication with Corporate office, and regional leaders
-Partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition Team
-Coordinate and attend Career Events
-Advertising, Marketing Collateral
Qualifications:
-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume recruiting environment with creative sourcing strategies
-Valid Canadian Drivers Licence
-Flexible work schedule to meet with the needs of the business
-High volume recruiting experience preferred in grassroots and community sourcing
-Resourceful, Independent and outgoing
-Excellent verbal and written communication, record keeping and follow up skills
-Willing to work under tight deadlines, with a track record of success in exceeding recruiting metrics
-Maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters
-Travel required
