Deskside Support Analyst

Adecco is currently hiring for a Temporary Deskside Support Analyst in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Temporary Deskside Support Analyst role, you must have experience with Office 365 Applications; specifically SharePoint Online, Outlook 2016. Our client is a friendly work environment and is with around 1200 employees one of the largest, well-known companies in town.

Deskside Support Analyst Responsibilities:

• Day to day support team on the Productivity and Collaboration team
• Manage incidents and problems through to completion.

Deskside Support Analyst key skills:

• Versatile Deskside Support Consultant with Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Able to support:
o Office 365 Applications; specifically SharePoint Online, Outlook 2016
o Office 2016
o Windows 10
o General hardware and software troubleshooting
• Strong problem solving skills
• Excellent documentation writing / knowledge transfer ability
• Clear written and oral communication
• Windows Powershell experience would be an asset
• Bilingual (in Canadian French) is an asset
• Hands on experience with Service Now - incidents, problems, dashboards, etc.
• Must be a self-starter with strong initiative
• High degree of drive and initiative
• Not afraid to pick up the phone or talk to clients
• Takes a role of accountability around seeing issues through to completion
• Ability to understand how to identify themes so that support resources can be created and transitioned to the Service Desk team
• Create a partnership with the Deskside and Service Desk teams to create transition to support material
