Adecco is currently looking for Lead Hands in Brampton, ON. To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum one-year experience in a lead hand role. Must ensure client satisfaction through the supervision of temporary associates. Performs associate relations functions and resolves any human resources related issues as required.
LEAD HAND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
-Check in associates and advise Onsite Coordinator/Manager of attendance
-Ensure associates are wearing required PPE
-Assist and ensure associates are logged into clocks
-Direct associates to assigned work area
-Communicate directly with Team Leads and Supervisors
-Manage labour changes if necessary to various depts. or buildings
-Coach on immediate job functions
-Assist in training or assigning mentors
-Motivating associates
LEAD HAND EXPERIENCE:
-Distribution Experience
-Experience Managing a team including behavior, productivity, etc.
-Knowledge of Health and Safety
-Must be available to work Night Shift Only
