Adecco is currently for enthusiastic full-time sales and customer service agents to join their Ville Saint-Laurent team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment handling inbound/outbound calls by assisting customers and helping them resolve problems.
In order to become a Sales & Customer Service Agent you need:
- Have experience in customer service and sales
- Experience in a calling center (asset)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with PC computers
