Our client, Nespresso, a growing multinational, is currently looking for a temporary Administrative assistant to join its team in Montreal.

The tasks of administrative assistant are:
* Provide day to day administrative support to the team* Manage various SCP suppliers and related PO process* Match and verify invoices to Purchase Orders for Payment* Coordinate reports communication and business tracking process amongst the department* Attends department meetings and compose minutes and meetings agendas and update* Organize and coordinate department's meetings by arranging facilities/ lunches, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget* Translation and proofreading of various departmental communications, procedures and materials* Monitor compliance KPI's (reporting, assessments, etc.)* Manage log of Supply chain issues and follow ups* Support managers in new employee orientation and set up* Assist and coordinate with internal/external PowerPoint presentations* Coordinate and consolidate weekly/monthly reporting* Completion of expense reports and travel bookings* Maintain confidentiality of all corporate and personal matters
Required qualities for administrative assistant position:
* Post-secondary education, preferable in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience* 4+ years at Executive Assistant level in a busy commercial environment* Perfectly bilingual (French and English)* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office- more specifically Powerpoint, word and Outlook
